Where a flat plan stops being exact
The limits, said plainly
A floor plan is a 2D promise. We read it and build from it, but we won't pretend the model is the same as a professional survey. Estimates and inferred geometry are for planning - a licensed architect and structural engineer give the real sign-off.
Single-floor uploads
We read one level at a time. A multi-story drawing is reviewed floor by floor.
Inferred finishes
Materials, colors, and furniture come from assumptions and Design AI - not your spec sheet.
Assumed ceiling heights
Heights are guessed from typical construction unless you enter them.
Uncertain linework
Faint, dashed, or smudged lines can be misread. Flag what looks off.
Nothing in the studio is a substitute for professional architectural, structural, or code approval. Use it to explore and communicate - then bring in the professionals before you build.
